Divorce, separation, custody, visitation, co-parenting mediations are based on individual gross income. This includes income from all sources, including but not limited to, salaries, investments, child support payments from a previous marriage(s) and gross self employment income minus ordinary and necessary expenses. If the parties are supported by a joint income, each person's fee is based on one-half the joint income. The scale is as follows:
